TECHNICAL TERMS

1. GENERAL
1.1 The frame will be of reinforced concrete. These will be built according to architectural plans and statistical calculations for full earthquake resistance.
1.2 The walls will consist of hollow bricks 200 mm thick at external and 100mm thick at internal.
2. FLOORS
2.1 All ground floor floorings will consist of tiles at CY£7.00 square metre.
2.2 Bedrooms flooring will consist of laminated parquet at CY£10.50 square metre.
2.3 Bathrooms will be dressed with tiles at CY£6.00 square metre.
2.4 Veranda flooring will consist of tiles at CY£5.00 square metre.
3. FINISHING
3.1 The internal finish will be three hands of plaster and three of emulsion paint. The outside will be three hands of plaster finished with santex type outside paint. All paints and varnishes used will be of European standard.
3.2 In the kitchen, in between the cupboards and the kitchen tops, and in the bathrooms there will be tiles at CY£6.00 square metre. The roof tiles will be of Cyprus make but in the Portuguese style.
4. SANITARY UNITS
The sanitary units will be of top quality European import.
5. PLUMBING AND SANITARY INSTALLATION
According to British standards U.P.V.C pipes for drainage as well as for cold water supply and solar panels with insulated copper pipes for hot water supply. The water tank will have a capacity of 1000lt and there be a pressurized water system.
6. ELECTRICAL/TELEPHONE INSTALLATIONS
Plenty of receiving points but adequate enough to conform with the electricity and telephone boards regulations. Also there will be a provision for a satellite dish.
7. WOODWORK
7.1 Swedish wood is used for panelling. The inside doors will be made of varnished MDF beech. The locks and handles will be priced at CY£6.00 per unit.
7.2 The wardrobes will be made of varnished MDF beech. The handles will be priced at CY£0.75 per unit.
7.3 Kitchen cupboards will be made of varnished MDF beech. The handles will be priced at CY£0.75 per unit. The kitchen tops be of European specifications Heat Resistant.
8. ALUMINIUM
Aluminium panelling with locks and handles at CY£10.00 per unit. All doors and windows will be double glazed with coloured aluminium.
9. CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
The necessary provisions are installed for storage heaters and split level air conditioning units.
10. OUTSIDE GROUNDS
Landscape soil 20cm deep. Designed plaster for all parking spaces.
